The header seal is designed to close or seal the gap above the roller door. This header seal is made from heavy duty vinyl material.

Our 26 gauge panels are thicker and heavier than are standard 29 gauge panels. They are more durable, dent-resistant and can add texture.

For enclosed buildings, our panel closure strips fill gaps to block insects from entering your building or nesting under the panels. Additionally, the foam strips prevents wind-blown rain and snow.

Double Bubble insulation blocks 96% of radiant heat transfer; as well as prevents mold and mildew. Unaffected by humidity, the highly durable and lightweight material is Class 1/Class A fire rated.

Sealant tape seals gaps and cracks, blocking air, water, moisture, gas, noise, dust, and smoke. Though a small cost, it’s crucial for an airtight, watertight structure. Paired with metal roof silicone, which prevents 95% of leaks, this package delivers superior protection.

Increase the energy efficiency in your building with insulated windows to reduce heat gain and loss. Insulated windows come in three sizes: 24×36, 30×36 and 30×40.

Our Walk-In Doors offer secure, convenient access with three options: the economical 36"x80" Diamond Window Door, the solid door for privacy, and the 9-light door for added natural light. All doors swing outward and allow left or right-side knob placement for flexibility.

Vented closures allow hot air to circulate from the side of the building out through the ridge cap.

Our 4-foot heavy-duty bracing is an inclined diagonal square tubing that connects to the sidewall columns. The tubing is intended to supplement the lateral resistance of your metal building against side winds.

Gable vents allow for an adequate ventilation system, moderating temperature, creating air movement and cutting down on stale air, no matter the season.

Transom windows give more sunlight to buildings. They are placed on the top sections of buildings below the eve or on the gable ends.  

Windows come in three sizes: 30″ x 10″, 40″ x 10″, and 35" x 10".

Base flashing creates a barrier between the bottom of the metal wall panels and the concrete floor, improving the durability and appearance of metal buildings. The flashing also prevents rain water from seeping in.

Pitched roofs are strong and resilient, low maintenance. Pitched roofs are built to withstand snow, ice, water and wind. They are stable, stronger and ensure perfect water drainage. Available in 3/12, 4/12 and 5/12 pitch on vertical roof styles only.

Our rat guard seals off panels at the floor level, helping prevent rodents and insects from entering the building. It also provides a base for setting panels for a better finished look.

Dutch corners, which are 45-degree cuts, will provide a great finishing touch on your building and make it look unique.

A screw head painted the same color as the walls of your metal building blends harmoniously into its surroundings. This makes an otherwise annoying screw almost invisible.

An overhang pushes water away from your building to help protect the foundation. Available on vertical roof styles only.

We offer three anchor options to secure your metal building. Mobile Home Anchors are ideal for ground or gravel foundations, securing at least 3 feet deep for stability. Asphalt Anchors are designed specifically for asphalt surfaces, while Concrete Anchors provide a strong hold for concrete slabs for added strength.

Concrete supports are recommended for high-wind areas and buildings with 8 ft legs or taller. An 8 ft leg post is buried 30–36 inches deep and secured with an 80 lb bag of concrete, while the remaining 5 ft of leg is integrated inside the building for enhanced stability and support.
