During our busy season from summer to fall, you can expect an average lead time of about four weeks once you approve and sign the quote—provided your foundation is ready and all necessary permits are secured. In winter and spring, lead times typically average around two weeks under the same conditions.

Please note that the responsibility for obtaining any necessary permits lies with the customer. Additionally, customers must have the installation area checked and marked for utility lines prior to construction.
